Our pork is a natural, woods raised pork. They are given non-GMO grain and have the opportunity to root around like pigs were designed to do.
At this point we sell it all by the whole or half. Local pickup only.
It costs $2.40 per pound of hanging weight plus processing which is around $.88 per pound hanging weight. Prices subject to change without notice.

The hanging weight of a pig is around 200-300 lb. A pig usually yields about 75% of the hanging weight.
