The HC Poly Fence lifter is a battery powered, programable latch that allows your poly fence to lift, making so your livestock can move to fresh pasture on their own, without you being present. The Short Pipe Kit has almost everything you need except for 7-8 feet of 1 1/2” pipe and some basic tools to assemble. You will also need 8 AA batteries or and other 12v power supply.
