This is a solar panel that is easily installed to the top of one of our fence lifters. The solar panel has its own battery so you don't need any other batteries to operate the fence lifter. Simply remove the pipe cap at the top of the fence lifter then slip the cap with the panel back on, wrap the wire around the pipe, turn off the battery pack and plug it into the bottom of the controller.
